Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Tenday, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tenday on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these terms.
Subscriptions
Tenday Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer
Tenday is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a habit-tracking tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, health, or psychological advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
