Terms of Use

Last updated: August 15, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using Tenday.

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tenday app or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use Tenday.

Description of service

Tenday is a habit-tracking app for iOS. It works without any account or sign-up — your habits live on your device and sync through your own iCloud account.

Tenday is free to use, with an optional Premium subscription (also called Pro) that unlocks additional features such as unlimited habits, automatic completion from Apple Health, Home Screen heatmap widgets, and expanded customization. For a full breakdown of what's included in the free tier versus Premium, see the comparison table on our home page.

Subscriptions & billing

Tenday Premium is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store and managed on our end through RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of that period, at the price of the plan you selected. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

Health data

With your explicit permission, Tenday reads data from Apple Health through HealthKit solely to power optional auto-completion — for example, marking a habit complete once you reach a step or exercise goal. Tenday only reads this data and never writes anything back to Apple Health.

You can grant or revoke this access at any time in your device settings. For full details on how health and other data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

Your content & data ownership

The habits you create — including their names, custom icons, and colors — and your tracking history remain yours. This data is stored on your device and synced through your own iCloud account.

Tenday has no backend account system and no servers that store your habit data, which means we have no access to it. Because syncing relies on iCloud, your use of that feature is also governed by Apple's iCloud terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Tenday only for lawful purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, interfere with or disrupt the service, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Tenday name, logo, branding, design, and software are owned by Mohammad Goudarzi and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use Tenday's trademarks or other brand assets without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

Tenday is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Tenday is not a medical device. Any auto-completion based on Apple Health data is intended for personal habit tracking only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenday and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the app or website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for material changes we may also provide an in-app notice. Your continued use of Tenday after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

Termination

Because Tenday has no accounts, there is nothing for us to terminate on your behalf — you can stop using the app and delete it at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue the service, or to take steps available to us through the App Store, in response to violations of these terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction — to be set], without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
