Frequently asked questions
No. Tenday has no login or account system. Your habits live on your device and sync through your own iCloud account, so you can open the app and start right away — there is nothing to sign up for.
Your habits, streaks, and settings sync automatically across your devices using your personal iCloud account. As long as you are signed in to the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled, a change on one device shows up on the others. Nothing is sent to Tenday’s own servers — we don’t run one for your data.
The free tier covers everyday tracking — including iCloud sync and the full Week, Month, and Year heatmap history, free for everyone. Premium adds unlimited habits, Apple Health auto-completion, Home Screen heatmap widgets, and deeper customization. You can see the full comparison table on the home page.
Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple, so they are managed from your device rather than inside Tenday — we can’t cancel one on your behalf. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, then choose Tenday to change or cancel your plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Auto-completion runs quietly in the background, so first give it a little time to sync. If it still hasn’t completed, check that:
- the habit is linked to a Health metric and has a goal set,
- you granted Health permission for that metric, and
- you’ve actually reached the goal for today.
If all three are true and it still hasn’t updated, opening the app once will usually trigger a fresh sync.
No. Tenday only reads the specific metrics you link to a habit, and only to check whether you’ve met that habit’s goal. It never writes to Apple Health and never shares this data with anyone. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Sorry about that. Please email us at mohammadevelop@gmail.com with your device model, your iOS version, and — if you can — the steps that led to the problem. That detail makes it much faster for us to track down and fix.
We’d love to hear it. Send your idea to mohammadevelop@gmail.com — we read every email, and a lot of what’s in Tenday today started as a suggestion from someone using it.
Because there is no account, your data is yours to remove directly. Deleting the app removes the data stored on that device. Data synced through iCloud is managed in your own iCloud settings — on iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage, where you can review and delete it. Tenday never had access to this data, so we cannot remotely delete it for you.
