Why Tenday exists

Most habit apps treat you like a productivity machine — endless metrics, aggressive streak guilt, and paywalls in front of the things that actually help. We wanted the opposite: a calm space that celebrates showing up, makes progress feel good to look at, and gets out of your way.

The philosophy

Consistency beats intensity. A habit you keep for ten ordinary days will outperform a perfect plan you abandon. That's the idea behind the name — and behind every design choice in the app. We highlight your streaks, visualize your months and years as heatmaps, and keep the experience quiet enough that the only thing competing for your attention is the habit itself.

Tenday is for anyone building something gradual — moving more, reading again, drinking water, practicing an instrument, or simply being a little more deliberate each day. It's free to start, your data syncs privately through iCloud, and you can make it your own with colors, icons, and Home Screen widgets.
